We originally only visited the dealership to drive the vehicle to see if we liked the model. We did not intend to purchase that particular vehicle as the price was a bit higher than we wanted. Dillon Strunck was patient with us as we test drove the vehicle and did not pressure us at all. Nearly a week later Dillon followed up with us to check and see if we had any other questions. Sean Gleason then followed up and we were able to come to an agreement on the price of the vehicle within just a couple of hours of discussion back and forth through texting and phone calls. I REALLY appreciated not feeling pressured and Dillon's and Sean's willingness to deal with me primarily via email and text (my preferred methods) as we live 45+ minutes from the dealership and it's difficult for me to be on the phone during the day with my job. We are very pleased with the vehicle and customer service we received at Acura of Mobile. More
