I would recommend Joe Bullard to anyone! This is the second vehicle I have bought from them and they were great both times. There was actually an issue with the first used car I bought and they exchange second vehicle I have bought from them and they were great both times. There was actually an issue with the first used car I bought and they exchanged it for another vehicle because they wanted me to be happy with my purchase. This time I purchased a Buick Enclave and I love it. The salesman Robbie Rousseau (Who was from the Acura dealership but found me the car at Cadillac) was wonderful. He was not pushy at all and he was very honest. That is hard to find in a salesman! The finance manager Richard Nassar (Cadillac) also went above and beyond to get us the best rates. By far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. The negotiations with the Internet Sales area were easy, the trade in was fair. The communications by phone and email were timely. When there was a misunderstanding, they called to talk it over. When we arrived after a two hour drive to the dealership, the people in person were friendly and even the paperwork was harmless, and good for a few laughs. The only hitch was that the car wasn't prepped when we arrived. If it had been, the entire transaction could have been completed in 20 minutes. As it was, it only took about an hour to get it done. The coffee in the showroom was really bad too But if the only thing you can complain about is the coffee, I'll take that. More

Test drove an Acura RDX, and that experience was okay. A couple of weeks later we phoned our sales rep and scheduled an afternoon to try to negotiate a deal. Unsolicited, the rep said they honor Truecar deals and suggested we might go that route. Without thinking much of it, we went there looking only to negotiate a fair deal, similar to the average price other RDX buyers have paid. When we got there, the rep offered us what he claimed to be the Truecar price and refused to negotiate more than $200 or $300. We found this price to be well above the typical price paid for the car and, when we told him this, he became quite confrontational. So, we left. Later, after a little research, we found that in fact the price he offered us was in fact the Truecar price. However, the TrueCar price for that locality was nearly $1000 more than any other locality we looked at in the Southeast and more than $2000 above the Truecar price in one locality, where we actually bought the car. I am not 100% sure why the Truecar price in Mobile is so much higher than in other locations, but I suspect it has to do with lack of local competition. Either way, when push came to shove, we felt our rep became condescending and not particularly pleasant. I would recommend finding a different location to buy an Acura. More
Bait and Switch!! I was ready to purchase a MDX and we negotiated a price plus tax. I was very clear that I was only going to pay the price plus the tax. I went home to get the title for my trade. We were about to close, they came out with $1900 in "Other" charges. I could not be more clear on that I would not pay any other charges. My wife and i got up and left immediately. I did not expect this from an Acura dealership. Then on the way home, they wanted to "Meet Me Half Way". More
