I finally was making some traction with at least someone calling me back but thays when they basically told me it was too late and not their problem any more. I was very disappointed in their customer service and management team in how they have handled this situation and lack of respect I was given after being a loyal customer for some time. And we aren't talking about a few dollars, we are talking hundreds of dollars. They have officially stopped responding to me. I will never bring them my business or refer anyone to then again. I will make the trip to Destin from now on. More
