I did not sign any forms, and they did not say anything, but they claim the $2K is non-refundable. Its clear now, they were trying to sell me a problem vehicle sight unseen. Days later, a form came and they omitted an agreed discount. I did not sign. Days after that, bank info came for me to transfer funds. With this lag, my aim of getting the car on a weekend and using it on a family trip were both shot. Next, my bank said the bank transfer info was questionable, and advised me not to move the funds. I realized this is some cheezy corner dealer, laundering money or whatever. Bad signals - very clear. After arguing with the sales manager, I realized I could 'never' enjoy the truck- the experience was xxxx. The buying experience would have me hating the truck for the next 10 years, every time I saw it. Best to lose $2K. Avoid them - buy elsewhere. The lemon would have costed more that $2K to fix. More
I will not be recommending Joe Bowman. Customer service is so poor on so many levels. New purchase on vehicle that needs repaired and taking months to schedule. They set up meeting with me for a jeep. Confirmed the meeting. I called on my way to say I was arriving early to which they told me the exact jeep I wanted already had a deposit on it and it was the mana meeting. I still went to see if I could find something else. I did and the manager chad said he would do everything to help me out because of the mistake they made on their end. 3.5 hours later not only did i not receive any kind of discount on the new purchase but in the time I waited for him to say he couldn't finance me and hurt my credit my bank closed so there was no way to leave a deposit. Absolute worst car buying experience ever. Had a friend with me and he said the same. Very very very unhappy. So stressful. More
