The sales representative (Derrik) was very nice and helpful. I did call after I picked up my new car because I accidentally left a cd in the cd player of my old van and I didn’t receive a call back wh helpful. I found my experience as a nightmare. I put my down payment of $2,000 on 5/27 and was told that car had to be off the lot before June. Appointment was scheduled for 5/31 at 10am. They had 3 days to have it done, as I am on oxygen which made the wait concerning. I did receive a extra key. The sales person claimed previous owner did not return it. So why should that be my problem? I noticed that I did not receive an owners manual. I left two messages for Darren and called his manager who told me he was off. I was told to come in Friday to pick it up. Darren came out to tell me he mailed it and I should receive it on the weekend, as of today I never received it. I started my car on the 5th of June and screen told me the battery in my remote was at 0% so I drove back to your dealership and Darren came out to give me an used manual which was filled with coffee stains. I told him I was here because of the dead remote and placed a new battery which did not connect so he went back in and gave me an extra that he said was hanging up. Remember he claimed there were no extras. I feel my business was unappreciated and I feel I was disrespected. More

Our salesman was arrogant and the truck we looked at was not as good in person as was perceived online. Our salesman was more interested in making a sale then he was with customer service he was very arroga not as good in person as was perceived online.
