Car was not detailed like we were told. We brought it back in to be detailed properly after we purchased and when we picked it up it was still dirty on the inside. All that was done was an over use of ar back in to be detailed properly after we purchased and when we picked it up it was still dirty on the inside. All that was done was an over use of armor all and a crappy vacuum. My wife and I spent an 1 1/2 hours cleaning the inside properly. There were still crumps from children in the stitching of seats. Was disappointing to say the least. Doesn’t a lot of money to come home with a dirty car. Daughter will need a car in a year not sure I would use this place again. More

Was not going to purchase a vehicle from here again, however my son convinced me to come in. Everything was fine until I purchased a vehicle. Financial department was great. Put deposit on Thursday was supposed to be done by Tuesday. They were to check mechanics and clean. When I came in Tuesday I had to wait because car was not ready. When I got it only front was vacuumed back had used tissues candy wrappers etc. 2 days later burned rubber smell and next day oil change light on. I don’t think they looked at vehicle at all. My biggest complaint I had no intention of ever buying from this dealership again due to past service however my son convinced me. When I came in he made the appointment and mentioned a number of times how he purchased his vehicle here. After the sale I asked salesman about 100 customers referrals fee. Salesman said he’d look into it but didn’t know anything about it. When I come back about problems I also asked about it from supposed manager. Was told I needed to mention before sale he would check into it that was nothing but a line to get rid of me. . I felt like they would add cost on to give referrals fee. Not happy, will never refer anyone and will be sure to let anyone who ask know about my experience. More
