No nonsense, back and forth with the person behind the curtain, or any other tactics that you would have to suffer through trying to make a deal. My experience was fair. The gentleman that assisted me was friendly, but not very informative about the vehicle I was interested in. Probably not his fault because we called with a time to come in and when we arrived they didn't have us scheduled in the computer. So, the gentleman at the front desk yelled back at a few guys and said who wants to take this. When I was taken out to look atbyhe vehicle, I had to ask several questions, I basically had to figure everything out in my own. Plus, it was a later hour around 8pm and it seemed like everyone was ready to go home, even though it was open till 9pm. When I came in to purchase the vehicle two days later there were a few little issues again that I had to deal with. Like, not giving me my paperwork or registration sticker without me asking, paying the cashier and waiting for quite awhile because the printer broke, then waiting in one of the waiting room a for awhile until Darren realizes where I was and that the finance guy never told me to come back over to the other building. I even asked the cashier and she told me to wait in the waiting room right outside of her window. Then I was called on Monday asking if I was still interested in the Mazda and I told her I was driving it. Then when I got home Saturday, I realized there was a small chip in the upper part of the windshield. So, now I have to drive back out there so they can repair it. I'm hoping I will not be given any problems about them fixing the windshield. Thank you More

Honestly I'd give you a 5 star rating, but was brought up to believe there is always room for improvement. That being said, Steve was extremely professional and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my experience. I would recommend him and Joe Basil to my friends and family. As for me my experience is not over as I bought the extended warranty presented to me by Nicole. I look forward to having piece of mind and receiving my extended warranty as needed. Last but not least, I enjoy the Soda and Popcorn, as I came right from work to pick up my new to me 2016 Jeep. Thank you for your hospitality. More
