The 1st day, the salesman was very nice to us. He went above and beyond to assist me with finding a vehicle in my price range. I ended up finding a vehicle at the end of my visit. After I gave the down pa above and beyond to assist me with finding a vehicle in my price range. I ended up finding a vehicle at the end of my visit. After I gave the down payment, he asked me to return the next day to pick up the vehicle so they can have it detailed and all ready for me. Next day, I returned to finalize everything. I checked out the vehicle and test drove it as I was unable to do that on the previous day due to the virus. I found out that the brakes which turned out to be the struts were pulsating upon stipping the vehicle. I also found that the vehicle was not thouroughly detailed, as I found a used sucker stick in the middle back seat seat compartment and lots of crumbs in the back hatch. I also found several chips in the windshield. When I brought these issues up with the salesman, he informed me that they did detail the vehicle. I asked him to come and look what I was talking about as i felt he was calling me a liar. The salesman went and looked and seen all my complaints. He 1st commented on the detailing. He apologized and stated he would make them do it again. I regards to the rotors pulsating, i was informed the vehicle was sitting for awhile and it will get better as its driven. As far as the windshield, i was told they would not be replacing it as it costs $500.00 and they are already taking a loss on the purchase of the vehicle. This is where I became upset. I feel that if i am purchasing a vehicle I should get it to where there are no issues. The salesman stated that he would have the chips filled for me. I was ok with that answer. The vehicle was brought back from the shop in a better state and I was happy. So far, i absolutely love the vehicle and am having no issues as of this date. More

I thought the dealership on the whole was a bit complacent on the delivery of the vehicle. Can not tell me it was reconditioned before delivery. Had to request washer fluid prior to delivery. I am sure since it was a 2019 vehicle it was not cleaned up as it should. No wax, one wash and it was dull. No pride in delivering a car at its best. Cut corners. The fixed sunroof shade was broken which will require me to take it to get repaired. Lesson learned. Had difficulties putting the sale together. Salesman Bruce Countryman is a good sales person and does not deserved to be blamed for any of this. I would of expected more from I thought would be a first class dealership. More
