The people here don’t care about the customer they care about selling vehicles and nothing but that, I had given them my card numbers to put 200$ done on the truck they never took it I’m from two hours awa about selling vehicles and nothing but that, I had given them my card numbers to put 200$ done on the truck they never took it I’m from two hours away that didn’t matter they didn’t have the truck ready for me when I got there at 10 being the first customer there and was there for four hours the only person that cared was Tom which gave me his personal number after ken dished me off like old food. THE ONLY PERSON I WOULD RECOMMEND FROM BASILS IS TOM. The truck is nice but they didn’t tell me really how bad the rust was in a couple of spots. More

No words can explain that the service I had wasn’t looking forward to. One guy waiting on two people we waited after every thing was said and done 25 minutes for someone to come up to us and say you g looking forward to. I referred my daughter to your dealership and unpleased with the way things are turning out. The dealer and financial advisor seem to be listing myself as the buyer, but I'm the co-signer for my daughter w with the way things are turning out. The dealer and financial advisor seem to be listing myself as the buyer, but I'm the co-signer for my daughter who is the actual buyer, so now I'm receiving all the calls, texts and emails which should be directed to her. It has been noticed and reported to the dealer of repairs that should have been completed before delivery of the vehicle, and they in turn made an appointment for her in the service. She then kept her appointment and was told that she would have to leave the vehicle for a couple of days and she would not be issued a loaner vehicle due to the carona virus. She is not able to be without a vehicle for any period of time due to having two small children and getting back and forth to work. She has spent quite a bit of money to buy a vehicle from your dealership and I feel that this is terrible customer service. I have purchased a vehicle for myself and referred my son in the past from your dealership and will never again refer another customer. Very unhappy with this outcome. More
