I’m now receiving late fees on a vehicle I traded in. Surprised this Jeep even passed inspection with a leaking transmission. Transmission pan is full of rust and holes. Telling me I need to take the vehicle to a transit town dealership to fix the issues THAT THEY WERE supposed to fix. Oh and they’ll hold onto the vehicle for weeks and do absolutely nothing to it. Don’t even bother. Really put myself in a hole with this trash. More

Purchased a used Cruze for my daughter 7/2020. At delivery when asked what was done in service we were told by the salesman new tires and brakes. Neither is true. Took the car in on 7/31/20 for some delivery when asked what was done in service we were told by the salesman new tires and brakes. Neither is true. Took the car in on 7/31/20 for some repairs. Was called when completed and when I checked the repairs one (the vent) was not 100% fixed so we had to leave the vehicle overnight. Apparently, if the service advisor is off no one else is able to assist as to when the vehicle will be ready. We are now going on day three with zero information. Bottom line is horrible customer service from the used car sales experience to service. If you purchase a vehicle under $10k you are not given the time of day. More
