The sale went good with Dan, but the promised delivery date was delayed, reason unknown. We were promised a phone call back from Justin confirming delivery date, but did not receive one. When phoning th date was delayed, reason unknown. We were promised a phone call back from Justin confirming delivery date, but did not receive one. When phoning the next business day, could not get ahold of either Justin or Dan. A little frustrating! Finally Dan did call, and confirmed delivery date and time. Reason we were given for not receiving promised phone call was it had snowed. This is western NY - need to be able to handle clients needs and snow at the same time. So far happy with the Traverse. Fully expect it will be a great vehicle for us. More
