I bought a 2018 jeep compass from them I traded in a car and paid the rest in cash when I test drove the car I said to the dealer I thought I heard a little something or he said no no it’s too new there’s s and paid the rest in cash when I test drove the car I said to the dealer I thought I heard a little something or he said no no it’s too new there’s such low miles on it well when I went to go home with it it was making a noise and wobbling a little I bring it right back I end up in a rental they have my car for a couple days I come to pick my car up it is still wobbling so they end up back with my car again I am in a rental again they called me to come pick my car up they said it’s fineThat there’s nothing wrong with it but that’s how it’s supposed to run basically they’re telling me bye Car is supposed to wobble so I don’t know what to do with this point I left there in tears Pete the guy in the service department he was amazing all the guys in the service department were amazing but they were going by what they were told to do which was tell me my car supposed to run that way so now I’m stuck so I am going to be going above and beyond to get this resolved all I want is my car fixed that is it I just want my card I’m not wobble More

The worst buying experience. Will not buy here again and will never recommend. My son was given the run around for weeks prior to actually picking up his car. We brought the car back and the the engine is still not running properly , gas mileage is not what was listed, by almost 10 mpg and there are significant scratches that we were told would be taken care of. Truly a terrible experience. I was looking to purchase a car myself and will not be using Joe Basil. More
