On our very first visit to your dealership,we were greeted very quickly and immediately were asked to have a seat and within a minute or two Jacob Hurst introduced himself and sat with us and asked ho greeted very quickly and immediately were asked to have a seat and within a minute or two Jacob Hurst introduced himself and sat with us and asked how we were doing and what vehicle we were interested in. We told him what vehicle we were interested in and fully went over everything in full detail on the trailblazer and test drove one which we liked but unfortunately with high demand and lack of availability due to production problems we didn’t end up getting one. Jacob continuously kept in contact with me via email in regards to the updates on the trailblazer. Very professional for keeping in constant communication. So my wife and I discussed the situation and we decided to look at used vehicles and met up with Dan Flanigan .No disrespect toward Jacob Hurst,he was very professional in all areas but I assumed seeing he was at the main dealership he just worked out of there but my mistake but when we met up with Dan we told him what we were interested in and he immediately showed us the vehicle and went in the showroom and got the key and information about the vehicle and we ended up test driving it and liked the style of the vehicle but not that one so he immediately went back inside got keys and information for another Terrain which he brought to us and showed us and we test drove it we really liked it and in turn we ended up purchasing the 2019 Terrain. As for the financial end of the deal we met with Nicole Fuller,very professional and covered all aspects of the financial side extensively and in detail and with ease. Thank You for your professionalism. Definitely would highly recommend your dealership to others and when the time comes I would definitely return to purchase/lease another vehicle!! Thank You again. Went into the dealership, signed in, people sitting there but no one spoke to us or offered to help. So we went outside to look around where Tom saw us and immediately asked if he could help. Bought a 2020 Equinox but within a day, we are having trouble with the car stalling at intersections, very scary and disappointing, not leaving us confident at all in its performance, or our safety. Tom has been as helpful as he can be. We will see if the problem continues, but I expect he will do everything he can to help. Truthfully, if it wasn't for Tom, I would have given this dealership a much lower rating. The only other thing I can say is that it was nice not to feel pressured to buy other products...now, if we can only get this stall issue rectified. More
