I am a first time car buyer, and the experience was pretty good overall. The staff was knowledgeable and gave me information about the cars I was looking at. Surprisingly, staff at other dealers I went pretty good overall. The staff was knowledgeable and gave me information about the cars I was looking at. Surprisingly, staff at other dealers I went to didn't seem to know anything about the cars there. Additionally, the staff weren't pushy about buying anything and were overall quite helpful. The price was not too bad either. The only negative I saw is there seems to be little communication between the staff. I spoke with one person on the phone, but that phonecall didn't appear to get shared with others and resulted in a long wait to pick up the car. Other than that it was a good experience, and I am happy with my Jeep. More

After purchasing this vehicle and picking it up I asked for 2nd set of keys. I was then told it only came with one. Never during negotiation or purchase was this mentioned to me. I then purchased an extra for 2nd set of keys. I was then told it only came with one. Never during negotiation or purchase was this mentioned to me. I then purchased an extra set of keys for $80, not happy about it. After coming in to get key cut I was told I need to spend an additional $100-200 to have key programmed by service department. Also after picking up vehicle it did not even have a full tank of gas in it. In my life I’ve never picked up a vehicle from a dealership without a full tank of gas and 2 sets of keys. I responded to an email from Used car manager but never received even as much as a reply. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement! Never will I purchase anything fro Joe Basil again. More
