I give this a one star because my salesman was not helpful in any way shape of form. He never contacted me in the time frame he stated he would. When I showed up he was shocked to see me and back tra helpful in any way shape of form. He never contacted me in the time frame he stated he would. The only reason I’m giving any sort of rating is because Nicole pushed and got me the car I wanted. I still received an email a few days after bringing my car home from the salesman and it seemed like he didn’t even know he sold me a car. Makes sense since he spent most of my time in the dealership avoiding me. He’s left a horrible taste in my mouth, and as a fellow salesperson, I will never treat my customers the way he’s treated me. Buying process was good. The car needs repairs on the body from previous owner ( grill is pushed in on the 1 side and paint chipped off) . Was not done even after asked to have fixed looks like white out body from previous owner ( grill is pushed in on the 1 side and paint chipped off) .
