Right hand doesnt know what the left is doing. . Found a posting for a 2023 van an called .. 2 people checked an said it was on the lot so I made an appt for 2 hrs later to check it out. 70 miles l . Do NOT buy a used car here! Purchased a $10,000 car 32 days ago and the engine light came on. Called the dealership and was told that since it is used and not a 2016 or newer, , Purchased a $10,000 car 32 days ago and the engine light came on. Called the dealership and was told that since it is used and not a 2016 or newer, , the 6,000 mile warranty does not apply. The car only has 59,000 miles on it. The whole reason we bought from a dealer instead of a private seller was for the peace of mind that it was thoroughly inspected and would be safe for my daughter. She has driven it less than 300 miles since receiving it and already has a check engine light on. The dealership has been horrible to deal with and I would not recommend them to anyone! Should have shopped at West Herr, where they honor their policies. More

I visited Joe Basil unannounced, on a Saturday, and was given detailed attention by Mike S., regarding my options of leasing again or purchasing my vehicle. I just wanted to put it out there that I appreci given detailed attention by Mike S., regarding my options of leasing again or purchasing my vehicle. I just wanted to put it out there that I appreciate him listening to me and understanding what I needed from him. He came through with quotes and options that I really needed, but with such friendliness and understanding, I just had to write a review and comment on his genuine demeanor. The experience was pleasant and that alone says it all! More
