Service department is excellent, but sales is old school promise everything and then deny after the deal is signed. They were so nice when I was buying my truck, After that the Basil experience went downhill, Worse customer service I've seen in a long time. When I called the service department of course no one answers th the Basil experience went downhill, Worse customer service I've seen in a long time. When I called the service department of course no one answers the phone, I'd leave a voice message and no one would call me back. When I called back I finally got someone "I'm told my parts are there" No one called me to let me know. Then I had to schedule an appointment 5 weeks out for a part I've been waiting on for a year. I wonder when I show up for my appointment if they're going to hand me some wrenches and tell me to put the parts in myself. Probably never buy from Basil again. It's a nice Truck but any Chevy dealership can deliver a General Motors Truck. Customer service is important to me when I spend 10's of thousands of dollars at your dealership. Now I know why they were waving when I left. More
