I was contacted by Jim basil on November 9th about purchasing my vehicle which was listed for sale on Facebook Marketplace. We came to an agreed price and he put me in a group chat with 4 other people purchasing my vehicle which was listed for sale on Facebook Marketplace. We came to an agreed price and he put me in a group chat with 4 other people that work at Basil Chevrolet in Depew, New York. They were clear on the fact that the car was not paid off, and currently titled in Pennsylvania. The associate they put in charge of my transaction was named Sean. Sean asked for a picture of my drivers license front and back and my loan number. I simply asked for a picture of his business card. Nick Blenski another associate in this group message responded that Sean didn’t have business cards yet but provided his card instead. Which made me feel a little weary. They asked what bank I used and I told them. Sean then asked for my account number which is my personal password associated to myself and grants access to my personal banking. I told him that I would not provide this information and if he needed me to contact the bank myself I would and get any information he needed. That was completed. I called and received all information that was asked of me, got proof of ownership which would obviously insinuate that I didn’t have the title otherwise that would have been provided to show proof of ownership. Today 11/14 I was told that since the title is filed in Pennsylvania which is an electronic state in order for them to follow through on their promise to purchase my car I would have to pay my car off in full. Receive a paper title. And then and only then would they adhere to their previous agreements. When I spoke to Jim today on the phone he stated that he had no knowledge that I still owed money on the vehicle, which my first text in the group chat clearly stated that I owed money and that the title was not in my possession. So after a week of back and forth conversations, me contacting my bank for information for them I am left with no result of my car being purchased. More

Then you cannot forget the other team members (including both Mike's & Steve). I can understand why Joe Basil is #1. I am so very happy with my new blazer!!!!
