Pitiful bought a truck from them about two weeks ago and have had nothing but awful experiences with the sales staff as well as the service staff, they have l bought a truck from them about two weeks ago and have had nothing but awful experiences with the sales staff as well as the service staff, they have lied to me several times, not fixed issues that i brought it in to service for, despite the repair of these issues being in the sales contract. To top all of this off no one is easy to deal with and ive had to fight them every step of the way to get in the right direction of resolving any issues all while i paid for this experience. if 0 stars was an option that's what they would get. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM More

Unauthorized pull of my credit reports. I told Salesman Greg Gentry not to pull my credit report use GM Financial he used unethical practices had my credit report pulled by several financial I told Salesman Greg Gentry not to pull my credit report use GM Financial he used unethical practices had my credit report pulled by several financial institutions reducing my score by 14 points. Because I monitor my reports I was made aware of what he was doing, he then became unavailable and a Manager Rob said he was busy with customers, wanted to offer me a reduced rate I said I wanted a reduced price knowing that the rate unless very significant do not result in much of a reduced monthly payment he said he couldn't provide a reduced price. I advised Rob that I would not be purchasing my vehicle from Joe Basil and wanted Joe Basil tohave these request removed from my credit reports and now he has not been responsive. First time dealing with this dealership and last very unethical. More
