I leased my Chevy Volt from them a little more than a year ago and experienced great customer service during the sales process and while getting oil changes and other service-related tasks as well. My wife was in an accident recently and we needed to get her a new vehicle, the first place I looked to was Joe Basil Chevy. She had a certain type of Chevy Traverse she wanted and the team at Joe Basil tracked one down in Ohio and delivered it to us a few days later. They were friendly, informative and to the point w/ a price B/c they deserved it!! I didnt want to go back and forth with payments and prices. From begining to end I was there not even 1 hr with keys in hand....the longest part of that hour was setting up the on star in the parking lot...10-15 mins. But..its all good.
