First Time for service at Basil Chevy I recently acquired a 2007 Uplander Van and brought it to Basil for service, not knowing the previous service history. Basil fully inspected the vehic I recently acquired a 2007 Uplander Van and brought it to Basil for service, not knowing the previous service history. Basil fully inspected the vehicle, changed the oil and rotated the tires. The service rep said that the vehicle was in fine condition. I am very pleased with the professional treatment I received. I will surely return to Basil Chevrolet for my next service. More

Disappointed I have bought 2 cars from Joe Basil. I brought my 2015 Hyundai in for a Bumper replacement. Which I paid for it out of my because someone hit my ca I have bought 2 cars from Joe Basil. I brought my 2015 Hyundai in for a Bumper replacement. Which I paid for it out of my because someone hit my car (hit n run) and I chose NOT to use my Insurance ($715.00). This car I have for LESS than a YEAR. When I tried to start my car it wouldn't Start. The Mechanic told me that I NEED a Battery !!! Less than a YEAR !! REALLY More
Waste of time My husband reached out to this dealership looking to see if they’d buyout my current lease & get me into a specific vehicle/model at our price range. My husband reached out to this dealership looking to see if they’d buyout my current lease & get me into a specific vehicle/model at our price range. We live over 60 miles from the dealership & did not want to waste the drive, however, the salesman on the phone ensured us it could be done and so we made the lengthy trip out that way. Biggest waste of time. We were set up with a completely different salesman than who we spoke to & had no knowledge of the original conversation. Ended up not sticking to what they said and were way off and we left. I will say the salesman was nice, but that’s all I can say positively about the experience. Ended up going to a local dealership & they made the deal no problem so I’m glad I brought my business elsewhere. More
