Crooks, Unprofessional, Liars - Avoid Purchased a car a few weeks ago. My sales person was great, but as usual they were asking way too much for their vehicle and offering me a laughable a Purchased a car a few weeks ago. My sales person was great, but as usual they were asking way too much for their vehicle and offering me a laughable amount for mine, which is par for most dealerships. I took the deal anyway, so that's on me, but their finance person (Johnathan Kramer) is rude, deceitful and dishonest. Tried sticking me with a BS finance fee. Charged me $75 for a duplicate title fee, which they said they would refund after overnighting the title to my trade-in to them. After doing so, they gave me the run-around on refunding. Now I have to file a reverse charge with my credit card company. More
