Friendly, but Zach the salesman and Nicole, the finance lady were both professional and friendly. Didn't feel any pressure to buy a certain model or add upgrades af Zach the salesman and Nicole, the finance lady were both professional and friendly. Didn't feel any pressure to buy a certain model or add upgrades after the sale - although we were notified of what they were. Returning the next week to pick up our used vehicle was less than a pleasant experience. It was as if the waitress forgot our table. We were there for over 2.5 hours! The service department either disregarded our requests to look at a couple simple things that needed attention, or lied about saying they had done something about it. I was able to google the issues and fixed them in 10 minutes at home. These were things that should have been attended to in their 101 point service check! So, full marks to the sales department and we won't be asking the service department to look at our vehicle any time soon. More

Everyone we dealt with at the dealership is friendly and accommodating. As with all dealerships, there is a hard sell for extras like warranty, mud flaps etc., but that is to be expected. My only negative comment is that the Finance manager seemed annoyed that we didn’t purchase any addons. Isn’t that his job to present our options and accept our wishes? Got the impression that he felt we were wasting his time. Honestly, we could have done without the presentation as well. More
