Oil Change & tire rotation Came for routine oil change/tire rotation and I had the set cover with old sheet ! After the work was completed I discovered grease on the set cover sheet and weather tech mat. I had to spend x amount of time to clean the car after the oil change. Very disappointed! The grease won’t come out from the mat!!! Again.... Very disappointed. I have pic’s to support. More

Oil change Excellent oil change. One problem. They said I needed air filter and cabin air filter. Gave me price of 140.00. I refused. I went to auto parts store Excellent oil change. One problem. I know dealers have to make money but the price difference for these two items is ridiculous.. The auto parts store even installed both filters for me. More

Poor warranty backup I reported a squeaking noise when applying the brakes. Company claimed it was rust. Later charged $400 rotors and pads. Never again shop here ever.
