Drove a long way to look at a used truck that I found on the internet. Was extremely surprised that at what was supposed to be a quality dealer they would be trying to sell a $20,000+ truck that had rust b the internet. The salesman told me they price low but don't do any cosmetic work!! Well I could go to the corner lot used car guy and buy something like that, at a classy dealer I expect a little more class!! Incredibly rude sales manager Ken was wildly sarcastic and unprofessional. I spoke to a young lady in the collision shop who did since I hadn't owned my vehicle for more than the months the sales team wou and unprofessional. I spoke to a young lady in the collision shop who did since I hadn't owned my vehicle for more than the months the sales team would waive a $65. Diagnostic fee due to a rattle in my door that gets worse by the day. Mind you I've been never been in a collision. I explained this to this Ken character and then when he started in with over talking me and asking incredibly sarcastic questions. It surprises me that someone of his mental incapacity would hold a management position. My mom is looking for a new vehicle and although this review won't put a dent in their business, we won't be getting one from them. Do better Joe Basil More
