The sales person I bought a car from called me every single day when I was deciding on buying the vehicle and then did not contact me even ONCE after purchasing my vehicle. And then 3 months after purch single day when I was deciding on buying the vehicle and then did not contact me even ONCE after purchasing my vehicle. And then 3 months after purchasing, I get an email that says (copy and pasted): Hi [CUSTOMER FIRST NAME], I sincerely hope that you have been enjoying your new Kia [VEHICLE MODEL]. It has been 3 months since your purchase, and your first oil change is FREE! He literally couldn't take the time to add my name and vehicle model in there, let alone follow up with me after purchasing? Other dealers that I have bought from have ALWAYS followed up and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and experience. This guy did literally nothing but take my money. I would not recommend this place. More

Very understanding and worked with me till the point I got the payment I needed and can afford. They were amazing to the point they paid off my remaining lease and was still able to do a true 0 down payment. I will be coming here again for my next purchase. Anyone reading bad reviews don’t be discouraged, might sound cliche but never judge a book by its cover. More

Have bought 2 Silverados from Bob Bell, terrific guy, but this time had to walk away from the purchase I wanted because someone at GM has decided that new 2020 trucks do not need CD players, Fog Lights, and this time had to walk away from the purchase I wanted because someone at GM has decided that new 2020 trucks do not need CD players, Fog Lights, and NO Sirius Satellite radio. I am 61, not 25 and want to enjoy my ride MY WAY with Sirius and my CDs and want my safety on the dark roads I drive on alot using my FOG LIGHTS that I have become accustomed to. I have a good relationship with Bob and Basil has treated me excellent for years now but higher up the chain at GM has decided how I WILL ENJOY my truck - Sorry, I didn't work 45 years to be told and controlled - Retirement is on my terms and if I have to put tires and parts on this 2017 to be able to be happy having what I see important to me - SO BE IT! I hate the fact that I cannot buy this 2020 Silverado but know that I would not be happy without the things that I really enjoy and count on for my safety. I feel bad for my salesman cause he had treated me very good for a long time. More
