Bought a 2013 Equinox back in 2016. The car cost approximately $17,000. However, after they put you through the sweat shop of "add-ons you'll never use", the final bill came to over $23,000. Ok, tha approximately $17,000. However, after they put you through the sweat shop of "add-ons you'll never use", the final bill came to over $23,000. Ok, that's on me, and never again. However, shortly after purchase, I found that the oil consumption recall was never performed! So, after a lot of expense to get the vehicle diagnosed, Basil said the 1 liter of oil per 1,000 miles didn't meet the criteria! The used car manager said, "you get the car you pay for!" Needless to say, another dealership did the recall without requiring expensive diagnostic tests and just recently I recouped some of my money back due to a settled class-action lawsuit brought against the manufacturer for, you guessed it, excessive oil consumption. More

I usually shop around for a deal but apprehensively decided to call my past salesperson ( Bill Powell ) and tell him my expectations. A return call fifteen minutes later from Bill and few minor details decided to call my past salesperson ( Bill Powell ) and tell him my expectations. A return call fifteen minutes later from Bill and few minor details locked in and we had a deal. Arrived at the dealer that evening and and after a thorough orientation on the new vehicle, amenities and GM programs relative to the new lease and we were on our way in a little over one hour.
