I had the truck towed in due to it not starting. The tow truck driver damaged the vehicle. The technicians never mentioned the damage. It was very obvious when I went to pick up the truck. The entire parkin truck driver damaged the vehicle. The technicians never mentioned the damage. It was very obvious when I went to pick up the truck. The entire parking brake cable was just dangling under the truck. The truck just ended up needing a battery. I was not allowed to pick the truck up and do it myself. I was given an ultimatum. I either would have to pay $150 for a diagnostic fee or have the dealer put the battery in and pay for the battery plus labor. The second option was the cheapest option but still cost me over $100 more than buying a battery at autozone. I purchased the vehicle at Joe Basil but it is a RAM. I was talked into an extended warranty by the sales person with the promise that Joe Basil would cover the cost of the deductible.m when serviced at their location. Everytime I try to make an appointment for service, they try to push me to take it to a Dodge dealership instead which would make it so I have to pay a deductible. When I bring it in for the warranty work, the technicians never can “duplicate” the issues and refuse to fix ongoing issues I have with my vehicle. It’s been a nightmare since I purchased the vehicle. I have yet to have a good experience with Joe Basil. More

He was extremely patient with us, who as senior citizens needed extra education in learning technical features of the vehicles, and as we changed our minds several times.
