Took over 5 hours for a oil change and NYS Inspection. I had to have the license plate bulb assembly replaced, that part was at the dealership next door. I sat in waiting room and watched my car sit forva span of 30 minutes 3 times. The technician was standing around. Dancing at several points, trying to find the advisor, who was putting his personal friends ahead of everyone waiting. Example, his biddy came in with an 1983 firebird for Inspection, granted a car that old doesnt need emissions but he left desk and personally drove the car into the bay by himself immediately after his friend arrived ahead of everyone waiting a quoted time of 2-3 hours forvan Inspection. A second example, a young women he knew came in with an electrical issue and he immediately brought her car in to be looked at and then worked on. I understand itvwas very busy on the day, but the wait times were being inflated by the lack of a normal working speed.
