From the beginning, Mike treated me with respect and handled my demanding needs well. When I brought my wife back to see the Acura TL I ended up buying, he was very personable with her and my daughter and provided a good experience for us all. I recently purchased my third Acura from Jody Wilkinson Acura and the experience has been consistently great with each purchase. From the sales department, to the finance department, to the service depart Acura and the experience has been consistently great with each purchase. From the sales department, to the finance department, to the service department my wife and I have been treated with respect and professionalism. Where else can you buy a car and leave the dealership in less than an hour. Seriously, they don't mess around and play the usual negotiating games that other dealerships do. John Adams & Rex Gines in Sales were excellent to work with...I got a great deal on my new TL and three years out both of these gentlemen remember me by name anytime I walk through the door. Pat in the Parts department is great to work with as well, getting any parts I need ordered and in my hands quickly and efficiently. Allen Linsley manages what has to be the best Service department (of any make) in the valley. As others have said, don't even bother with the folks down in Murray, there is no comparison. At Jody Wilkinson Acura you get fast, efficient service for your Acura without any hard sell or upselling of unnecessary work or services. A very comfortable waiting area with wi-fi, flat screen television, and beverages of all kinds awaits. The staff here goes out of their way to provide the best sales and service experience possible. I just leased my second Acura from Jody Wilkinson Acura. My first one was a 2007 Acura TSX. This one is a 2011 Acura RDX. I will continue to lease more vehicles becasue of the way I am treated each time I go to the service department for service. From the moment I arrive at the dealership, I am greeted at the door and they call me by name because they know who I am and remember my name. My TSX was problem free. I took it in each time it needed regular services and I did not get pressured to purchase additional items. I was shown items that could use replacement, but it was a no pressure atmosphere. I was treated very professionally. If I did decide to have something replaced, the prices are reasonable and not overpriced. I would definately recommend this service department to anyone. This service department is the reason I keep going back to Jody Wilkinson Acura and will continue to lease more vehicles from them and service those vehicles there. More

John is the most accommodating and friendly salesman I've had the pleasure of working with! The dealership is modern, spotless and all involved are welcoming and friendly. My experience with Jody Wilkinson Acura was fantastic. I typically dread dealing with auto dealerships because I don't trust them. I felt that the sales team was honest with me. They were able to answer all my questions and were able to show me a number of options that met my needs. The service department is quick and I trust that they do quality work. Their website was also very helpful to me as I did a fair amount of research online before I visited the dealership. The live chat with a sales associate was nice because I was able to get some questions answered while I was browsing the site. I will definitely visit Jody Wilkinson again and would gladly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Absolutely horrible dealership! I have never been treated so poorly after purchasing a new car. I noticed a few manufacturer’s defects shortly after purchasing a 2010 MDX and in each situation I was accused so poorly after purchasing a new car. I noticed a few manufacturer’s defects shortly after purchasing a 2010 MDX and in each situation I was accused of creating the problem! This also happened on our 2008 MDX... Several months later I took my 2010 MDX in after the battery wouldn’t hold a charge and the vehicle became difficult to start. I was told I needed to drive it more to keep it charged! This was an 8 month old daily driver, and they refused to do anything to fix the problem other than blame me for creating it. I ended up taking a loss on my MDX just so I wouldn’t have to deal with them anymore. I will never purchase another vehicle from Jody Wilkinson. Stay away! More
First off I've been going to this dealership for over 11 years, so I have a lot of experience with them. Although my car was purchased new from their dealership, I am not the original owner so my review foc years, so I have a lot of experience with them. Although my car was purchased new from their dealership, I am not the original owner so my review focuses mostly on their service and parts department. When I first bought my Acura from the 1st owner I decided to take it to Jody Wilkinson Acura to get inspected for any flaws. The mechanic found one flaw, wrote a rude remark about it, which the service guy said word for word, and then sent me off without the car wash they promised me. Later that day I was driving my new Acura and I heard a clunk and then a scraping sound. I immediately pulled to a parking lot and looked around. I found out that when the mechanic had looked at the brakes he didn't tighten the brake caliper bolt down, so it had fallen out! I called them, and they said they were closing and they couldn't help me! I was so irritated I told them they better not close and slowly limped over there to get them to repair it. They finally fixed it and I was okay to leave. But get this, they didn't offer one word of apology over their mistake that could have killed/injured me or others. I was too young and naive to not sue at the time. I completely wrote off their service department at this point, and decided to either go somewhere else for service or do it myself in the future. I started buying parts there, and the parts people were much more polite and willing to help. I was happy going this route for several years, until lately. Their parts department customer service is horrid now. They don't acknowledge customers when they come to the counter, not even a quick 'Be right there!', and they act like they've got so much better things to do. Maybe they do, but this just proves that their customer service has tanked. I literally have spent thousands of dollars on parts there. I've probably put their kids through college and made some of their car payments for them! lol. They just simply have no desire to help customers, especially the manager Rick. I guess the bad attitude comes from the top down. This guy clearly did not want to be doing this when he was 55 or whatever and so he treats everyone like crap. The only reason I went in there the last 3 years or so is because of the memories of the good customer service, but not anymore. My advice at this point? Buy your car from a private seller, find a good private mechanic, and save your money and buy your parts online. More

I decided to shop around and was amazed to find out that the qoutes i had been given were almost double that of most repair shops in the valley (and yes i priced out acura parts). You are definitley paying a premium for sitting in their lounge and drinking their soda. Go somewhere else and save your money. More
