Ok service to repair manual cruise mode When I turned the car in for repair I mentioned that there was a technical.service bulletin out on the problem. The service writer must have ignored my comment, because after 2.5 hours of troubleshooting they could not duplicate the problem. I identified to them again that a TSB was out on this problem, and the vehicle was repaired in 1.5 additional.hours......I'm not thinking that the customer should need to help them determine if there was a TSB on the problem. Routine maintenance is always handled courteously, promptly and professionally in every respect. There's never a hard sell put on for additional services but rather you are informed of things to consider. On my last visit I inquired about tires as I am planning to replace them before winter. My service agent discussed all my options and printed out 3 potential brands and the price and benefits of each one for my consideration. Again, no hard sales pitch, but rather helping me with options. I would never consider another dealer for my service needs or a possible new car purchase. One last thought; I would have no hesitation having my wife take the car in for service as I know she would have the same courteous, honest and helpful experience. F. Jensen More
