Wow – what an unprofessional, unresponsive mess! I returned my GM lease ~7 weeks ago and swapped it out for another GM at Jimmy Vasser Chevy. I returned my lease 2 months early, yet negotiated that th returned my GM lease ~7 weeks ago and swapped it out for another GM at Jimmy Vasser Chevy. I returned my lease 2 months early, yet negotiated that the dealer cover my remaining lease payments (all rolled into my new purchase price of course) - all well documented in the written contract. 1 month after the transaction I receive a bill from GM Financial for a past due lease payment on my old car. Jimmy Vasser never paid off my lease! The Sales manager subsequently acknowledged their commitment to make the final payments and assured me that they just processed the final payments for my old car (all documented via email). Now almost 2 months later (yesterday), I receive a 2nd past due lease payment from GM Financial. Jimmy Vasser still hasn’t paid GM Financial for my old lease. Come to find out, GM dealers are entirely unaffiliated with GM Financial – so GM Financial isn’t the slightest bit interested in my contract with Jimmy Vasser to pay off my lease. They view it as my failure to pay. Here's the scary part: in 5 days from today the lease payment for my former lease will be 2 months overdue and be handed over to collection. I've done my best to resolve this directly with the dealer, so now resorting to tossing out a virtual "beware" to all considering doing business here. No one at Jimmy Vasser has yet to respond to my calls (which always go to voicemail) – including the general manager and finance department. With no obvious alternative I'll now make those final payments to GM Financial (to avoid a world of credit headache), and then pursue legal avenues to hopefully get Jimmy Vasser to reimburse me for the payments they committed to make, yet failed to make. So I’ll leave you with these simple questions: Is this the type of outfit you want to do business with? Do you have the surplus hours in your schedule to deal with the potential issues I describe above? If no to either or both, I suggest you take your business elsewhere. More

It took all day of back and forth messages, but I finally have my plates. I'm hoping this was a fluke and not how they normally conduct business. I was asked to take down my bad review but after contemplating for a few days I decided that it is my right to tell the truth and let others decide if they want to do business at this dealership. I am very frustrated and not happy. My second set of temporary plates are about to expire and I have left numerous messages for Mariano with no return call or anything! All I want is my permanent plates for my car that I bought in September! This is not how you do business and I have never had this issue with buying a car before. I would not recommend this place if you want things done and a timely manner. More

I've been in for 2 standard maintenance services on my new blazer having driven thousands of miles back and forth from Colorado and both times have been treated by the service staff warmly and with professionalism. Just last week Ulises took extra time to go over my extended warranty with me and made sure to get it into my record with them. I will continue to use them for any service I need on my Chevy! More
