Communication was Lacking To be fair, my experience with this dealership is the best I've ever dealt with! Did I call first? You bet I did... response was we'll call you back...No Return Call! So I visited in person.... I would still recommend these guys in a heartbeat, very friendly and willing to accommodate me at almost every turn. Great Crew!!!! More

I came in totally confused about some issues related to programming new keys for my Jeep. He took a lot of time listening to me and explaining things. He got prices together for me and wrote down all I needed to do. Andy and Ann made me feel like part of the family. They both have great customer service skills and they both have a great sense of humor, which relaxed me a lot. I'll admit I was tense when I first got there! I could have stayed all day talking to them!! Wonderful, caring people for sure!!! I definitely felt the love while I was there. :). More
