Fair price for my alignment I brought my Ram 1500 in for an alignment and paid about 90.00 which wasn't the cheapest price but not the highest either. I was then told that I need I brought my Ram 1500 in for an alignment and paid about 90.00 which wasn't the cheapest price but not the highest either. I was then told that I needed to have my rear brakes and rotors replaced for about another 450.00. Normally rotor can be machined for a fraction of this. Also I found a kit online with slotted rotors and brake pads for the front and rear for half of this cost. They do good work just know all of your options or you may spend a lot more money than you have to. Their not evil but just know your options is all I'm saying. More

Poor customer service and maintenance. Went in for a 45 min oil change. Had two service recall parts. When taking my vehicle back for maintenance it was backed into another vehicle. Once maintenance begun, the repair man broke something else. 2.5 hours late they updated on the status of my vehicle, "not safe to drive", and gave me a temporary vehicle. 3 days later I got my own vehicle. It has now been over a week and my vehicle is in a worse condition than originally. More

Special Service I recently had to take my van in for an oil change and reported that my engine light has been going off and on. Jerry listened as I described the diff I recently had to take my van in for an oil change and reported that my engine light has been going off and on. Jerry listened as I described the different sounds it made and he was right in his diagnoses of the problem before they inspected it. He and the mechanic Jared made me feel special, like I was the only person they had to work for. I was given a 2019 Dodge Ram to drive while my van was in the shop. My van was finish when they said it would. Major part of the repair was covered under warranty, which they found out for me and told me about and the other repair was completed staying just under the estimate. Thank you guys! More
