I waited 2. 5 hours for a diagnostic of why my window gasket was cracked. That was the 2nd visit for an actual appt. Then on my appointment to get it fixed, I wai 5 hours for a diagnostic of why my window gasket was cracked. That was the 2nd visit for an actual appt. Then on my appointment to get it fixed, I waited for a couple of hours and my car hadn’t even been taken back. No one called me to say the gasket was in, I had to call, was cut off twice when trying to transfer me. The second person actually called me back. Finally got an apology when I voiced my concerns when I found out my car hadn’t even been taken back. He apologized and put a rush on the warranty repair. A dealership is only as good as your service dept. Two negative experiences with wait time and bad experience on the phone with being cut off and me having to be transferred to parts when that should have been the job of the service representative. Pleasant people, nice clean environment, but not sold on your dealership for continued business. More

My organization recently acquired a 12-passenger van, which is just 3 months old. Unfortunately, we encountered a problem with the van when we discovered a crack in the front tire on the passenger side. which is just 3 months old. Despite not noticing the crack until several months after the purchase, the dealership informed us that this issue wouldn't be covered. It's important to note that the van isn't utilized daily and has only been taken out of state once since its purchase. When I reached out to the service center for assistance, I was disappointed to learn that we were expected to buy a new tire, even though the tire was defective at the time of our purchase. I firmly believe this is unacceptable customer service. More
