Service for gear slippage Everything was discussed and handled well. My only recommendation might be a better system for when loaners/rentals are needed so isn’t needed to make Everything was discussed and handled well. My only recommendation might be a better system for when loaners/rentals are needed so isn’t needed to make another appt to bring vehicle back if needs to be left and loaner used in the interim. Besides that I’ve always gotten great service and had everything explained as to what was done along with given copy for my records. Not all places give you copy for your records so glad isn’t something have to ask for is already part of their procedures. More

Great service!! Jeep had an issue that was difficult to replicate. Chris was persistent in finding the problem and fixing. Service I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to return to get my tires 're-rotated. They did not tell me my tires were "chopped", so when I left, I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to return to get my tires 're-rotated. They did not tell me my tires were "chopped", so when I left, I could not drive over 45mph without my front end shaking severely. It was like the did not tighten my tire all the way. Every time I crank up my car there was like a scent of spilt fluid, or oil. Well tonight when I get home, there is smoke coming out from under my hood. The oil cap was either not replaced or replaced incorrectly. Oil was slung all over my motor and the area under my hood. My cap was it the corner next to my battery. Luckily my cap was not lost and I was able to put the cap back on correctly before anymore damage was done. If I had not seen the smoke, I would have never looked under my hood. More

Safety Recall I was contacted by the dealership that there was a safety recall on my vehicle . The message didn't mention shat the issue was. Stopped in to the se I was contacted by the dealership that there was a safety recall on my vehicle . The message didn't mention shat the issue was. Stopped in to the service department to make an appointment, which was was made for the next business day. The work on the car was completed in about an hour. The only issue I have with this location is the parking for the service department. It is hard to navigate to even find a space. Would be better navigating that area if there were more room. As for the service writers, they are very helpful and professional. The waiting area has nice accommodations while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. More
