I came to this dealership because Southern motors jeep in Springfield Georgia tried to stick it to me. The previous dealership had my 2018 jeep with 32k miles for almost 8 months and could not fix the issue but had a long list of expensive stuff to try. Jeep customer care referred me to Jimmy Britt Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and the Service manager Jack who was absolutely amazing and understanding. Jack not only went above and beyond to help when he did not have to, but the service there was fast and amazing. What another dealership could not figure out in almost 8 months was done in 2 days.
