Service is slow. Appointments always take over an hour. So I don’t understand why set an appointment if yu not leaving after 2 hours or more just for an oil change an Appointments always take over an hour. Initial recall repair failed due to mechanic not performing work correctly. Vehicle was missing bolts and fasteners. Required another two weeks in the shop.
