Service sucks Simple & short the service sucks I been here 3 times and the wait time is unbelievable. The 1st time I waited about 3 hours just to get a light fixed Simple & short the service sucks I been here 3 times and the wait time is unbelievable. The 1st time I waited about 3 hours just to get a light fixed on my car with an appointment scheduled. 2nd time because its closer than going to Lawrenceville I went in to replace the throttle sensor & they kept my car for 4 days the part suppose to have came in on Friday then it went to Saturday then it finally came on Monday but still didn't get my car until Tuesday morning. 3rd time probably 30 days after I takes it back to get the throttle sensory fixed again no charge and they keep my car for 4 days again & they fixed the throttle pedal sensor which I had to pay for because it wasn't covered under warranty which was $285 so they gave me a discount I ended up paying $234 because of the inconvenience. I will not be going back unless the throttle sensors mess up in 30 days. More

Where is the missing CD? I purchased a new GMC truck and the CD player would not eject the only CD that was installed. Two other people from the service dept tried to eject th I purchased a new GMC truck and the CD player would not eject the only CD that was installed. Two other people from the service dept tried to eject the CD without success. I made an appointment and left the truck for a rech to remove the player and get numbers off the back and replace so that another can be ordered for a future reinstall. I never received a call from the dealer after the truck was finished even though they said they would call. I called at closing time and was told that the CD player was disassembled and there was no CD in the unit. When I picked it up it was working, but no CD! More

Oil Change, tire rotation serice On %/4/2018, I carried my 2012 Buick Verano in for Service. Oil cange , tire rotation etc. as needed. Oil was changed, no sticker was placed on wind On %/4/2018, I carried my 2012 Buick Verano in for Service. Oil cange , tire rotation etc. as needed. Oil was changed, no sticker was placed on windshield to show when next change would be due. II was told that the tire tool to change tires was stripped, probably by the person who had replaced my front passenger-side with an off-brand tire in an emergency one evening after Jimmy Britt would have closed. I tried to get a Continental tire to match the other three but he could not supply me with one. The parts department told me they could use their master tool to rotate tires and would order me one and quoted me a price. They stated it would be in three days or so and they would call. Maybe, I misunderstood, but I thought they rotated the tires. After getting home I checked the tire pressure and it showed much less than when I took it over to them. The right passenger side tire showed only 31 lbs and when I looked at the tire physically, the tire was the off brand and had not been rotated. I want to think that I misunderstood about rotating the tires, but why was the pressure in all of them so much less, if they had not. I have never had any doubt but that I was getting the service I asked for and wanted, but have some questions about this visit. I will discuss this in person when I go back to pick up the tire tool. Terrible service My service engine lamps was on, prior to going to the dealship, I took my vehicle to an auto zone while the engine lamp was on. The service tech checked and it was showing fuel injector # 1 multiple misfires code PO 300a and p219A . I took the information to the dealership where I purchase the vehicle and told the consultant (Ron) ,about the codes and the fuel injector needing to be replaced and I was ignored. A appointment was made for 4/12/18. I was told the spark plug wires cause the misfire. I spent 254 dollars on spark plug wiring that my have not needed replacing. The day the wiring were replaced, I started my vacation, and approximately 2hours into my trip the Check engine lamp came on, I called jimmy Britt, a appointment was scheduled for 4/17/18, at that appointment they check the code and it was the fuel injector # 1 had a leak which is cover under warranty..
