Absolute horrible service Department I’ve owned many GM vehicles and had them serviced at several dealerships. This place is by far the woarts managed. 2 hr oil changes no communication w I’ve owned many GM vehicles and had them serviced at several dealerships. This place is by far the woarts managed. 2 hr oil changes no communication with service advisers and the service manager is about as knowledgeable about cars as a monkey. And if you want you vehicle actually fixed you better find somewhere else to take it!! More
Not up to par. Work was completed in a satisfactory manner, but the overall experience was negative. Not particularly friendly. Even that was not great. I bought my truck here, but I won't likely be returning for any more services. More
Told to come in for nothing. Came in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Told my car was subject of a recall and needed tail lights replaced. Got an e mail reminding me of my appointment the day before. Checked in as scheduled, went to waiting room, told the parts were not here yet. Normally you do a great job but you've got a glitch in you system. You need to confirm you've got the parts before reminding the customer to drive all the way in there. More

Not mad just disappointed. After I dropped my truck off the night before the day of my service appointment and didn't come back for it until nearly close of business that day, m After I dropped my truck off the night before the day of my service appointment and didn't come back for it until nearly close of business that day, meaning the service department had my truck all day. The oil and oil filter got changed, as far as I know, and so did the fuel filter. The tire with the slow leak was patched and now holds pressure correctly. All according to the service I agreed to have performed accept the$90.00 detail I requested! Also the fuel filter life indicater still read @ 19%, only one tire was at recommended pressure, and the cleanest part of my truck was the paper mat that the technician put in the driver's floorboard!!! They did do the $25.00 tire patch pro Bono! I'm not mad just disappointed!!!!! More

Overall Positive Experience I gave them 4 stars because there were 2 minor issues: the oil persentage wasn't reset, so I did that myself, no big deal; & 1 of the valve covers of I gave them 4 stars because there were 2 minor issues: the oil persentage wasn't reset, so I did that myself, no big deal; & 1 of the valve covers of a wheel is gone. That's no big deal because I'm going back next month for a new set of tires. The waiting room is very nice, with free wifi & coffee. I'm was very pleased with how my tire issue was explained. A paper mat was put over my driver's side mat to prevent oil & such from being tracked in, which was great. Overall, I sincerely felt like a valued customer. More
LOF and inspection Excellent. Greensboro Tire had installed new tires two days prior and said left front bearing was bad, making noise. They also said the ball joints, Excellent. Your inspector found no such discrepancy, even after I specifically reported those complaints from Greensboro Tire. What am I to think about these diverse inspections? Who is right?
