I think they did a fantastic job keeping me on the road!! They know I had an appointment at 6:00 that afternoon some 60 miles away and they saw to it I was able to get there on time. I also was able to leave the dealership in my car after ordering the tires and return at 3:15. the completed the front end alignment and balanced and put on the new tires in less than an hour. I’ve used other local dealerships but this service department has provided the most consistent and professional services. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, the telephone lines were down. After multiple attempts the issue (not related to the dealership) was resolved and I was able to get through to make an appointment. They were able to see me the same day and my wait time was minimal. Even though I was able to get through to make my appointment, a representative called me back (I submitted a online request) to provide me with information related to the outage and to handle my concerns. Each representative that interacted with me that day made my choosing this dealership worthwhile. The detailing department personnel was also very polite and professional. Their dedication and hard work is much appreciated. More
