Amazing after hour help with a flat tire I had a great experience with the service at Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. I am not from the area, but I got a flat tire a couple miles from their shop. When I had a great experience with the service at Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. I am not from the area, but I got a flat tire a couple miles from their shop. When I got there it was after business hours, so no one was there to repair the tire, but there were some people in their offices finishing up some end of the month paperwork. They agreed to help although their resources were limited at that time, and put fix a flat and air in my tire. To be sure it was safe, they had me drive around for 10 minutes, after which they rechecked my tire and eventually ended up having to put the spare on for me. I was overwhelmed with gratitude toward their kindness and willingness to work beyond their hours and without pay. If you are anywhere close to this dealer, I'd say it's worth a drive to work with such trustworthy and kind people! More

Vehicle Service I've used them to service my 2013 Volt, 3 times since moving to this area, with excellent results each time. They are very honest as they will not per I've used them to service my 2013 Volt, 3 times since moving to this area, with excellent results each time. They are very honest as they will not perform services, that are not necessary at the time I bring the car in. Very accomodating with limiting my wait time, or for getting transportation to / from downtown, while car is being serviced. More

Happy Day My husband had taken in our (his) Traverse due to a seat belt recall and told the dealer that he would buy a new car while waiting.. Once they realized he was serious, Bob starting checking out Impalas and enquiring as to whether they had the one I wanted. Sure enough they did, he phoned me and I raced over and went home within 90 mins with my own, very beautiful, state of the art, top of the line 2015 Impala LZT. I love it, cannot believe it's mine and so sorry Jimmy for taking your two day old Impala, as it had been brought in for you. Great deal, great people and thank you all for a wonderful experience and deal. Justin, Kasey, Josh were all terrific, doubt they had ever encountered such an excited and shocked new car owner, but darn, it was great and still is. More

A great deal followed up with great service! I got a great deal when I purchased from Jimmy Britt Chevrolet two weeks ago. I had a bed liner and front license bracket order for my new truck. Je I got a great deal when I purchased from Jimmy Britt Chevrolet two weeks ago. I had a bed liner and front license bracket order for my new truck. Jeremy and Michael made sure I would pay only what the sticker price would have been if they were already on the truck when I purchased. I showed up to have the work done early in the morning. Sales had said I could have a loaner to get back to work. I live 66 miles away so to drive back, then make the round trip again in the afternoon would have made for a long day. Randy, also known as "RC" said as soon as the mechanics came in he would get them to work on my truck so I wouldn't have to make the added trips. A couple hours later the bed liner was in, front license bracket mounted, and a rattle that developed under the passenger side dash was silenced. I was extremely impressed with how RC kept coming into the waiting area and informing customers on the status of their vehicles. He made recommendations and made each person feel like they were the only one that mattered. I live 66 miles away but when time comes for service I will return to Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. You don't just meet a salesman and buy a car, you don't just show up at the service department and sit all day wondering what's going on with your car or truck. You make friends and you form relationships with everyone. Yeah, I will drive 66 miles one way to get my oil changed and to see my friends. Thanks guys! More
