My wife and I went to Jimmy Britt Chevrolet to look at a particular truck. It was a 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT Crew Cab. As we got out of my old truck, we saw Justin Smith in the parking lot. We inform particular truck. It was a 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT Crew Cab. As we got out of my old truck, we saw Justin Smith in the parking lot. We informed Justin that we wanted to take a look at the Chevy Silverado. It happened that Justin had the keys in his hand as we were inquiring about the truck. It was like faith waiting to happen. We took the truck for a test drive. Justin was very knowledgeable of the truck features and gave us a thorough over view of the truck. My wife and I enjoyed the ride and were pleased with Justin's customer service. Justin was very nice and pleasant and made my wife and I felt very comfortable. Justin worked his best to meet all our requests to obtain the truck. The whole Jimmy Britt operation and employees were very nice and they seemed like one big happy family. My wife and I experience was pleasant and smooth. We were totally satisfied and got a great deal on the truck. After we purchased the truck, a week later, Justin called to follow up on how things were going with the truck and making sure that we were still satisfied. I was impressed that Justin call to follow up. I would recommend anyone to Jimmy Britt Chevrolet in Greensboro, GA and when you get there, ask for Justin Smith. More

I inquired online about a vehicle through Cargurus for $18,000 and a salesperson immediately contacted me about the vehicle. I explained it was an hour and a half drive to their dealership so she sent me $18,000 and a salesperson immediately contacted me about the vehicle. I explained it was an hour and a half drive to their dealership so she sent me a walk around video of the car. The Manager later called me and went over some more details about the vehicle and scheduled an appt. for me to come and test drive the vehicle. Upon arrival I was told I could not drive the vehicle because it needed to be serviced b/c of needing power steering fluid. I asked why I wasn't advised of this before I had driven down there. The sales person went to the Manager and came back and advised I could drive the vehicle but it would be hard to steer. When I got to the vehicle the entire front window was wet from condensation, on the inside! She had to wipe it off b/c It was impossible to see. When I crank the car the check engine light came on and stayed on and when I tried to drive off, the car would not turn at all! It needed more than some PS fluid! A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. Not to mention the unnecessary addition of mileage added to my vehicle I had hoped to trade! Unacceptable. I also had hoped to purchase a new truck from here but left disappointed and upset as I felt I had been lied to and not informed of the vehicles' issues. More
