Experience was troubling as I felt pressured into placing what I was told was a non-refundable $1000 deposit for a new vehicle in transit, if I chose not to purchase the vehicle on arrival. I placed a depos what I was told was a non-refundable $1000 deposit for a new vehicle in transit, if I chose not to purchase the vehicle on arrival. I placed a deposit on another vehicle after the vehicle I was interested in and discussing with Brandon get sold out from under me within 45 minute because of the deposit? I later learned that this non-refundable deposit is not enforceable without a contract, but appears to be a selling tactic. The Suburban I ended up purchasing is nice and may be better in the long run, but I did end up spending about $5,000 more than the first vehicle. The communication at this dealership is poor. Even after I placed a deposit on the Suburban I was called by the dealership asking me about buying a vehicle? Really? Even today, I was called about my tag and the issues they were having that I believed was resolved on the date of purchase 3/31/22. The bright spot was Jason Herald. More
