I reached out to Jimmy Britt about a vehicle I came across online and was put in touch with Jason Herald. He quickly responded and answered all of my questions. I started telling him what I specifics I across online and was put in touch with Jason Herald. He quickly responded and answered all of my questions. I started telling him what I specifics I was looking for and he knew right away that the car I originally inquired about wasn’t going to be the one for me but had one in mind that checked all of my boxes and was in my price range. He went as far as to send me video footage of the car exterior and interior since I was about 300 miles away. He wasn’t pushy or overwhelming. He walked me through the process of buying a car completely electronically and even had it delivered two days later to my home. He went above and beyond his duty of customer service!! Looking forward to using him for all of our car buying needs! More

Compared to the dealerships in the Augusta area this one surpassed all of our expectations. We are so glad that we chose this dealership for our new Traverse.
