Ready to buy, financing in place, emailed about a GMC Yukon and as I live out of state sent all my trade information in as requested in an email. Never got a response. I corrected SI, saying look you just sent me an email yesterday about my trade info, even sent me info on vehicle I was interested in, why the email like we have never met. It was like he was emailing 2 different people but all to me. A week later, after no response on trade info, I ask for a follow up and he states oh sorry vehicle sold. This dealership is the best. I can’t say enough. I purchased my Jeep completely online with delivery. My Jeep was delivered and my trade in was taken back to the dealership. Mr Ray was my delivery person and he was so pleasant and updated me when he was close to my house. I just had to sign my paperwork and my purchase was completed. Alana was my salesperson and she was awesome. I’ve never had a salesperson like her to help me with my purchase. I felt like I was truly valued as a customer and she genuinely helped me with my purchase to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. She kept me updated with every step of my purchase process and answered all my questions and concerns I have never had a salesperson to follow up with me after my car purchase to see how I was satisfied with my Jeep and if I was enjoying it. My past car purchasing salespersons never followed up with me afterwards . That made me feel like she genuinely cared about me and my purchase. She was my salesperson Angel. Mr Byron in finance was pleasant and gave me a great price for my trade in. I had a negotiation about pricing and met me halfway without haggling I’ve never had that experience before with my past car purchases. I felt like these people truly cared about me and wanted me to get my Jeep purchase, as easy as possible. I recommend this dealership and they will treat you right and you’ll definitely be satisfied. Jimmy Britt Chevrolet has the absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. Melonie has the worst attitude and customer service I have seen. They kept my sons car for over 2 months and Melon department I have ever dealt with. Melonie has the worst attitude and customer service I have seen. They kept my sons car for over 2 months and Melonie continued to blamed it on the warranty company. Me nor my son could ever get anyone in the service department to call us back with any updates. I finally had to go to the dealership to get any answers. While I was there I was told by the manager that he would get some answers and call me back. Still haven’t got that call. After 2 months I called the warranty company to get the process started. They sent someone out to check out the car and told us it couldn’t be covered. No problem. I was told by Melonie there was a $100+ Charge for the diagnosis which I told them I wasn’t paying due to the experience I just had. She agreed and said there would be no charge. I called Yearwoods Wrecker Service and spoke with Mr Johnny. Within 10 days I had the car back with a new engine and no issues. Now I get a call saying I owe Jimmy Britt $260.00 for the diagnosis. Melonie thought she had me on hold but I heard her entire conversation with the manager, lying about our earlier conversation. I told her when she got back on the phone to put the manager on the phone. I told him how the earlier conversation went and she finally owned up to the lying and said she told me I didn’t owe them anything. If you need service work done in the Greensboro Ga area do not come to these guys. They are horrible. Go to Yearwoods Wrecker Service. More
