Outstanding Experience is the best way to describe it when I purchased my new GMC truck from Marco Bisogno and Jimmy Brett Chevrolet/GMC. I would normally rather go to the dentist than to a car dealersh when I purchased my new GMC truck from Marco Bisogno and Jimmy Brett Chevrolet/GMC. I would normally rather go to the dentist than to a car dealership - until now. I hated the back and forth on negotiations and feeling like I had "been taken to the cleaners" at other places. But this was a really great experience at the Jimmy Britt dealership. I can't utilize enough superlatives to describe what a good experience it was. I had met Marco 6-9 months prior while starting to look - and then and now he was receptive to my wishes - no sales pressure - just trying to be as helpful as he could be - and that is why I came back. Again, no pressure, but very responsive via text, email, and in person, and Marco is now my "go to" guy for car sales. Matt Eaton on the Finance side was also amazing - got me a better rate than I had already been pre-approved for and helped me with an additional warranty and maintenance package that I believe is exactly what I wanted. I know the dealership will never lose money on a vehicle, but I felt both Marco and Matt had my best interest at heart and were trying to get me the best deal possible. The next time I buy a car I'll talk to Marco and Matt, and go to Jimmy Britt first! More
