Hello Mr. Dissatisfied. We too are very sorry we were unable to come together on a deal. If you would like to have your trade in repaired to be operational, we would love to honor the deal we put together in advance of your arrival. Over 30% of our store's transactions are finalized in advance of any customer arriving, as we were able to do with you. Only in instances like yours (where your trade-in had significant mechanical/transmission/engine issues that were not disclosed) do we ever have to back out of any agreement. With that said, we certainly don't believe a negative review is warranted as we everything necessary to hold up our end of deal. If there is a way to still serve you on the Porsche you were interested in, we'd be happy to assist. I'm truly sorry if you feel we wasted your time, but that was not our intent. Jimmy Britt Automotive Family wishes you the best with your vehicle search.
