We just bought a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 from Jimmy Britt Chevrolet Buick GMC. This was a very positive experience. We felt good enough about the experience that we will definitely recommend to friends an Chevrolet Buick GMC. This was a very positive experience. We were most impressed that when we raised a couple of concerns to the dealership management, all that could be done was done to satisfy our requests. They were absolutely great folks to work with especially senior management/ownership. I want to give a special "shout out" to salesman Justin Smith. He was helpful and professional in every way. Justin undertook an almost two month exercise to get us the truck we wanted and he kept us updated throughout the wait and the purchase process. Justin is one of the most patient and positive sales people with whom we've ever worked. We highly recommend Jimmy Brett Chevrolet Buick GMC to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

The owner has not made any attempt at addressing my loss buying this truck from Jimmy Britt. I have followed up with emails that go unanswered. Being quite only forces us to go to court. Maybe he thinks he buying this truck from Jimmy Britt. I have followed up with emails that go unanswered. Being quite only forces us to go to court. Maybe he thinks he will avoid being responsible for selling me a broken and wreaked truck that GM cannot fix for over 1 months now. This is an outcome that to the typical consumer would seem unbelievable for the dealership to not make good on from day one. So, why are they hiding from this truck sale? Is there more to the story that an unloading of defective product and not telling the customer that we wreaked it without disclosure? This dealership was unable to help me without a very hefty down payment. Very misleading and disappointing to say the least. Get your hopes all up and then deny you.
