I was referred to Jimmy Britt by my brother who recently purchased a vehicle from there as well. From the time I stepped out of the car until I pulled out the lot in my new 2023 Chevrolet Equinox Premier I purchased a vehicle from there as well. From the time I stepped out of the car until I pulled out the lot in my new 2023 Chevrolet Equinox Premier I was taken care of by the staff like I was one of their own. Whether it was finding the vending machine, the restroom, or etc someone was always there to assist me. But my guy, Marco Bisogno, was a godsend. He was there for me from choosing a vehicle, test driving, finding another vehicle, paperwork, talking about family and beyond. With all the technology of the new 2023 equinox I didn't even know how to start the car but he made sure that I understood how to and if I had any further questions that I could always come back and he'd help me along the way. Terrible Experience! !!! Vehicle was purchased on May 10 2023 and today is June 29 2023. The dealership has failed to register the vehicle with the state of Georgia. There !!! Vehicle was purchased on May 10 2023 and today is June 29 2023. The dealership has failed to register the vehicle with the state of Georgia. Therefore the vehicle has no registration and no tags. The Georgia Attorney General Protection Division Has Been Notified about the Jimmy Britt Dealership. Dealerships in Georgia have 60 days to register a vehicle and will result in fines and loss of dealership license if failure to register. That day will be July 9 , 2023 which is 8 days from now More
