Looking for a place to share what a wonderful business this is. My daughter in law became stuck on the interstate late afternoon on July 12,2023. I was helpless because we were over 2 hours away. I called this is. My daughter in law became stuck on the interstate late afternoon on July 12,2023. I was helpless because we were over 2 hours away. I called the receptionist and she very kindly connected me with the service department. Mark assured me that he or someone in service would look at her car. It was hot, and late in the day. Even though she drove a different kind of car, they were so very sweet to her. They even took her and her dog to a local hotel. As a mom, it is so unsettling to know that your children are so far away and you can’t help them, but Mark and the team at Jimmy Britt care about people and it shows in their business and the way they love their lives in things that don’t really benefit them at all. The lot of the dealership was rather small compared to others so there wasn't a lot on offer, in my opinion. I noticed more used or CPO vehicles that new ones with 0 mileage. It probably isn't a fault of others so there wasn't a lot on offer, in my opinion. I noticed more used or CPO vehicles that new ones with 0 mileage. It probably isn't a fault of the dealership itself, just the movement of vehicles to and from other dealerships and manufacturers. The inside of the dealership was clean and looked typical of any other dealership. The salesperson who helped me through the car buying process was Antonio. He was friendly, patient, and assisted the needs of my father and me. He wasn't trying to push us in one direction or another and allowed us time to look over many vehicles. He was very considerate and took care of us to the best of his ability which was rather excellent. He kept his words reasonabl, realistic, and honest in a respectful way. I am glad to have met him.
