The lot of the dealership was rather small compared to others so there wasn't a lot on offer, in my opinion. I noticed more used or CPO vehicles that new ones with 0 mileage. It probably isn't a fault of others so there wasn't a lot on offer, in my opinion. I noticed more used or CPO vehicles that new ones with 0 mileage. It probably isn't a fault of the dealership itself, just the movement of vehicles to and from other dealerships and manufacturers. The inside of the dealership was clean and looked typical of any other dealership. The salesperson who helped me through the car buying process was Antonio. He was friendly, patient, and assisted the needs of my father and me. He wasn't trying to push us in one direction or another and allowed us time to look over many vehicles. He was very considerate and took care of us to the best of his ability which was rather excellent. He kept his words reasonabl, realistic, and honest in a respectful way. I am glad to have met him. I was referred to Jimmy Britt by my brother who recently purchased a vehicle from there as well. From the time I stepped out of the car until I pulled out the lot in my new 2023 Chevrolet Equinox Premier I purchased a vehicle from there as well. From the time I stepped out of the car until I pulled out the lot in my new 2023 Chevrolet Equinox Premier I was taken care of by the staff like I was one of their own. Whether it was finding the vending machine, the restroom, or etc someone was always there to assist me. But my guy, Marco Bisogno, was a godsend. He was there for me from choosing a vehicle, test driving, finding another vehicle, paperwork, talking about family and beyond. With all the technology of the new 2023 equinox I didn't even know how to start the car but he made sure that I understood how to and if I had any further questions that I could always come back and he'd help me along the way.
