A.Mosley. I am very sorry that your experience was not to your liking. We do our best to have every vehicle reconditioned to the Highest level possible. However, sometimes a vehicle will fall thru the cracks, or may have been loaned out to a service customer, another customer interested in the vehicle, or maybe even a dealer trade chase car. I am very confident that we can get the vehicle reconditioned to your expectations. Regarding the price of the CR-V we try to be extremely aggressive on all of our vehicles at all times. Especially, the imports that we dont have as much experience with. So, in some cases we have more wiggle room than others. In this case we do not have the wiggle room you are looking for. However, we are willing to recondition the CR-V to your liking and will honor the discounted price you received last night. On top of that if you decide to proceed with the deal I will throw in an $50 Gift Card. We thank you for the opportunity, and do understand that you had to travel to find us. Mrs Mosley We aim to please, and we are People of our Word. We did what we promised you we would do, and even after you did not return the favor. We never backed up on our word, and we never will. You drove 2 hours due to your local dealers not being able to compete with our Pricing. We did service the vehicle, and at the time No Leaks were found. You are correct in that a mechanic would see the issue if it where there, and we Pride ourselves on our Quality of vehicles Sold. We offered you an extended warranty at near cost, we discounted our internet price to reach your budget, and we Did the Best we could. We strive for Perfection, but we also realize nobody is prefect. After, you contacted us about the service work that Your Honda dealer says needs to be done. We offered you to bring it back and let us check it, and if work needs to be done we will help with the cost to fix it. I am very proud of what our Team has done to outwork, out price, and our out Service your local dealers to have earned your business in the first place. I am sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase, but I am confident that for the price you paid (which is way under market value) you received an excellent Deal, and Excellent Service from our Team. P.S. I would always get a second opinion when any service stations tells you need an expensive repair to do.
